My fee for a 53-minute session is $150.
Payment is due at time of service and is payable by credit/debit/HSA card, check or cash.
I have a limited number of reduced rate openings, based on income, for those facing financial hardship. If you think you might qualify, please let me know.
Similar to massage therapy, people seek psychotherapy both for medical and non-medical reasons. If you would like to use your health insurance benefits to help pay for therapy, I am in-network with the following plans:
Kaiser Options or Access (no other Kaiser plans)
If I am not a network provider for your insurance carrier, you can check with your plan to determine whether your policy includes out-of-network mental health benefits.
If using insurance, our initial appointments will include exploration of your symptoms and experiences, and discussion of the assessment and diagnostic process.
Your appointment is held exclusively for you. If you arrive late, I am happy to meet with you for the remainder of your appointment time. If you need to cancel an appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged a late cancellation fee. If you are running a fever or are unwell, I can offer you a phone or video session. Otherwise I will need to charge for all cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session. There are, of course, exceptions for extreme personal, family or medical emergencies.
