Hours of Operation are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9AM to 6PM.
Tuesday appointments can be done in-person in Ravenna at 2207 NE 65th St, Suite 202 or via telehealth.
Wednesday appointments can be done in-person in Fremont at 753 N 35th St., suite 102, Seattle, 98103 or via telehealth.
Thursday appointments are telehealth only.
